During our visit, multiple system and device issues were identified and successfully resolved to restore optimal performance and workflow. Malware causing high disk usage and system slowdowns was removed, significantly improving overall system efficiency.

We also troubleshot and restored the functionality of the Graphtec printer, resolved issues with the time tracking system, and fixed software integration problems to ensure smooth communication between devices.

All systems were thoroughly tested after completion, and everything is now operating reliably and as expected—ensuring minimal disruption and improved day-to-day operations.

What I believe was an update caused a malfunction in several of my programs. Everything from time keeping system for employees to label creator and my vynil software. My reg IT was out of town and I came across Salmon info. He came quickly got everything back up and working in great time. He was proficient and kind. Will definitly keep Salmon on my back up list to my reg IT that I've had for 15 years. He will be retiring soon.
